We appreciate your punctuality in arriving for your appointments, and ask that you be prepared to arrive 10-15 minutes early, so that we can meet the needs of all of our clients in a timely fashion, and to guarantee that you receive your full service.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.
If you are running late, we will do what we can to accommodate you, however, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule, and will be subject to our cancellation policy.
Should you need to CHANGE or CANCEL an appointment, we request 24 HOURS NOTICE.
If you make an appointment, and you do not show up AND did not call to give notice, you may be held responsible for THE ENTIRECOST OF THE APPOINTMENT.
We are cash-only as of June 1, 2012 – however, we will also accept personal checks for hair extensions only.
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients, however, we can only accept gratuities in CASH. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.
We never use or share any personally identifiable information provided to us online to any third parties.
***We post these policies in writing because we strive to operate efficiently and want to provide the best service possible. We value our clientele and want to make sure our policies are stated clearly to avoid confusion. We don’t want to charge you for canceled appointments just as much as you don’t want to pay for them, but our time must be accounted for.
