We require 24 hrs notice for cancellations or changes.
In order to CHANGE or CANCEL an appointment, we must be given 24 HOURS NOTICE. If 24 hours notice is not given, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE COST of the appointment. If you make an appointment, and you do not show up AND did not call to give notice, you will be held responsible for THE ENTIRE COST OF THE APPOINTMENT. Please be aware that we can seldom fill the openings created by last minute cancellations and no-shows, and our time must be accounted for.***

If your boyfriend, sister, BFF, cousin, mother, etc., needs an appointment, they must register with their own email address, and make their own appointment.
If you are a NEW client:
Please read our menu of services carefully before booking to be absolutely sure that you're selecting the correct service. If you are booking an appointment for a haircut with us for your first time, please book for a full service cut even if you want a dry cut to ensure that we have enough time to have a full consultation. If you're unsure about which service you need, please refrain from booking online and CALL THE SALON to book your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment and feel free to bring any photos if you like. Please be advised, we only accept gratuities in cash! We have a 24 hour cancelation policy, please see above.

Simply login using the email address you provided us with. We updated our system as of September 25, 2010. If this is your first time logging in since than, you need a new password, please click on "email my password to me". Once you are logged in you can create your new password. Please read the following sign-in/registration page carefully to begin your online booking. Troubleshooting: if you have our site bookmarked, delete it and re-enter it manually as it has a new url. Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients, however, we can only accept gratuities in CASH.
*** These policies are in place to keep our costs low for our clientele. We want to keep our service prices affordable, and in order to do so we need, you, our clients to show up for the appointments you book. The frequency of no-shows and last minute cancellations is so high that without these policies in place, we would need to raise our over-all prices to cover the cost of the time that our stylists cannot fill.
